Hardware Requirements

One of the key benefits of music4Uonline is that it can use existing hardware. The software can be installed onto your own PC or EPOS / Till system. This can then be connected to your current sound system.

The complete requirements are:

• PC (or other system) running Windows 2000 or later
• A soundcard, either internal or external, e.g. USB Microsoft .net and Windows Media Player 9 or later
• A minimum of 4GB free space on the hard disk
• Broadband connection of at least 512KB (see below)
• GMS Software, downloaded from the Internet
• Amplifier and Speakers appropriate to the venue

With the exception of the last two items, most modern PCs will already comply with all of the above. If any of the necessary equipment is not available, or you do not want to use what you already have, we can supply the missing items. If you do not have broadband, we can offer musicPro as an alternative. Please contact us for details of equipment supply, installation services or musicPro systems.
