We firmly believe in dealing with our clients on an
individual basis. That way, each client gets exactly the
system that they require. Music4Uonline is simple, robust and
effective but still comes with a complete backup package. This
ensures that clients get the most from their systems.
We have a dedicated client-services department who can
advise on any aspect of your system. They will also handle
upgrades and carry out courtesy calls.
Our studio team are available to answer any queries about
music selection. They are also responsible for maintaining the
database and ensuring that it is complete and up-to-date.
The profilers are technically part of the studio team. They
create and update the 'default playlists', and also compile
customised profiles when needed.
We have a network of engineers across the UK. They carry
out jobs ranging from setting up machines to full sound system
installations. They are also available for repair and
maintenance work if required.
We also work with a network of recording artists and
studios to provide advert production services. Outsourcing
this activity enables us to offer the widest possible range of
voices and accents. That way we can be sure of sourcing one to
suit the needs of every client.

In addition to the above, we also offer a manned helpline
from 9am - 9pm, 7 days. The operators will endeavour to fix any
issue or problem that you may have. The helpline number is only available to clients. It
can be found in various locations: in your original welcome email; in the top
right-hand corner of this site after you have logged in; on the
front of machines supplied by us.
